This chart is applicable for bra cup sizes A-D. If you are a DD/E or larger, please use one size larger than indicated on this chart.

Small (2-4) B-C cup;

Medium (6-8) C-D cup;

Large (10-12) C-D cup;

X-Large (14-16) C-D cup;

2X (18-20) C-D cup;

3X (22-24) C-D cup;

FIND YOUR BAND SIZE
Measure around your rib cage just beneath your breasts.

Be sure that the tape is level from front to back and parallel to the floor.

If you're in between sizes, the smaller band will usually offer better support.

CALCULATE YOUR CUP SIZE
Measure around the bust at the fullest point while wearing an unpadded bra.

Each inch of difference between this measurement and your band size = a cup size.

If your band size is 34 and your bust measurement is 36", you wear a B cup.

If the difference is:

2 inches/B cup
3 inches/C cup
4 inches/D cup
5 inches/DD cup
6 inches/E cup
7 inches/F cup
