You can expect your order to be shipped within 2 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday).

Sorry, we are unable to ship on weekends or holidays. Orders are processed the next day Monday-Friday only.

METHOD OF SHIPPING
We offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Delivery (1-2 day delivery).

If an order is shipped from a manufacturer other than Sexy Belly, a different shipping carrier may be used.

The following applies to ground shipping only:

$0 - $125 = $11.95;
$125.01 and up - Free Ground Shipping!

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FREE SHIPPING:
For orders receiving free shipping which are returned, applicable shipping charges ($11.95) will be deducted from the refund.

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside the continental US or to orders shipped to military/government locations.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Sexy Belly Maternity wants you to be pleased with your order. We will accept returns/exchanges for NON-SALE merchandise within 7 days from the date you receive the merchandise.

The merchandise must be UNUSED with the TAGS ATTACHED AND it must be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. Once the merchandise has been returned to us, we will either exchange the item or you will receive a refund on your credit card for the amount that you paid (minus shipping charges) within one billing cycle. If your order qualified for free shipping and it falls beneath $125, our standard shipping fee of $11.95 will be deducted from the refund.

Sexy Belly Maternity is not responsible for damage resulting from care of items, cleaning, washing or wear. Sexy Belly Maternity reserves the right to deny refund/exchange if merchandise does not meet our refund/exchange policy.

SALE/CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE and IS NOT REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE (NO EXCEPTIONS).

HOW DO I COMPLETE MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

IMPORTANT: You must e-mail us at returns@sexybellymaternity.com to inform us that you wish to return/exchange your merchandise. Any item sent back to us without prior authorization or sent back after the 7 day return/exchange policy will be sent back to the customer at the cost of the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once we have responded to your e-mail, please mail your return/exchange (via insured method for your protection) to:

HOW DO I TRACK AN ORDER?
You will be able to track your order via the automated e-mail you receive from us once your order is shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking number for your order.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
An order can be canceled before it is shipped. An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped to you. Please e-mail us immediately at info@sexybellymaternity.com if you need to cancel your order.

If the order has shipped and is refused, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax of 7% will only be charged to orders shipping to an address in Florida. Please be aware that an additional discretionary tax may be added to orders shipped to Florida depending on the county the order is being shipped to.

All orders shipped outside of Florida will not be subject to sales tax.

IMPORTANT SALES TAX NOTE FOR FLORIDA CUSTOMERS:
Customers in Florida are subject to an additional sales tax surcharge ranging from .25% to 1% depending on the county the order is shipped to. Sexy Belly Maternity will determine what the additional surcharge is according to the customer’s zip code and add that additional tax to the order.

Unfortunately, there are instances when an item may be out of stock prior to us being able to update our website. We do apologize for this occurrence and will inform you if an item is out of stock.
